Here are some examples of how the Carnival can help you promote your business and ensure you have a visible presence at the Carnival

Advertise in the Carnival souvenir programme.

Initially there will be 250 programmes printed . They will be sold in advance of the Carnival as well as on the day. Additional copies will be printed as required. Each souvenir programme will have a lucky number to be entered into a grand prize draw.
We will need your advertising copy by the second week of April.
Costs as follows, quarter page £35, half page £60, full page £100, back page £120. Should you require assistance with design of your advertisement this can be purchased in addition to the advertising space. Please ask for details and prices.

Advertise in the arena

Sponsor the arena and have it named after your company. There will be a minimum of 6 events in the arena. Each event will be announced via the public address system and prefaced with your company’s name. The cost to sponsor the arena and have it named after your company will be £500.
Advertise your business via a banner which will be placed on the inside of the arena and thus visible to all spectators. Provide us with a banner up to 2 mtrs in length for display. Cost per banner £50. If you would assistance with design of banner and have it produced this can be provided for an additional cost of £60.

Advertise via our website

Have your business logo and contact details scrolling across the bottom of our website page so that all visitors to the site can see your support for our community event. The cost would be £25 and the scroll will be in place until the end of Carnival.

Have a stall at the Carnival

This provides you with an opportunity to meet your potential customers face to face and at the same time demonstrate your support for the local community.
Stalls can be booked via the Carnival website where you will also find additional information. Pitch size 2mx2m £20 / 3mx3m £30.

Take part in the Carnival Parade

Many local community groups will be entering a float in the parade . If you would like to help one of them by sponsoring their float please inquire via the web site for details of contacts – enquiries@woodchurchcarnival.uk

Donate a prize for our Grand Draw

By donating a significant prize for the souvenir programme lucky number you can have your business mentioned five times times during the carnival via the public address system.
